Common questions

Do I need to subscribe to both tools separately?

Yes, Voice Chat and the Listening Tool are separate products with separate subscriptions. You can subscribe to one or both depending on what you use.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.

What can I do on the free tier?

Voice Chat: All users โ€” free and paid โ€” can join and create unlimited rooms. The free tier gives you 5 uses of the in-room tools (vocabulary, dictionary, translator, notes) per month. Each room where you use those tools counts as one use. The limit resets monthly.

Listening Tool: Free users can transcribe up to 3 minutes of video per day. A paid plan removes this limit completely.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your country. Payments are handled by Paddle.
