Refund Policy

At Hiwar, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions or purchases made on our platform.

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller of record for all Hiwar transactions and handles refund processing on our behalf.

1. Subscription Plans

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.

After the 14-day window, we generally do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion if exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., a technical issue prevented you from using the service).

2. One-Time Purchases

For any one-time purchases (such as individual feature unlocks or credit packs), refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the feature or credit has not been substantially used.

If you have already used the credits or unlocked feature, we cannot issue a refund as the digital service has been delivered.

Refunds will not be issued for: subscription periods already past 14 days, credits or features that have been used, accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service, or requests based on a change of mind after the refund window has passed.

  2. Include your account email, the purchase date, and a brief reason for your request.
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle and typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a dispute, please contact us at support@hiwar.cc. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
