• AI/transcription services — video files you upload to the listening tool may be processed by third-party transcription APIs. Files are processed solely for providing the service and are not retained beyond the session unless you explicitly save them.

Live voice rooms on Hiwar are not recorded or stored by us. Audio is transmitted in real-time between participants using WebRTC technology. We do not retain audio content after a session ends.

Text messages sent during voice room sessions may be temporarily stored to enable the chat experience and are not retained long-term.

We use minimal cookies necessary to:

• Keep you logged in (authentication tokens).
• Remember your language and display preferences.
• Understand basic usage patterns (analytics).

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

Uploaded video files in the listening tool are processed and not stored on our servers beyond the active session.
